At Candy Claws, we want you to be obsessed with your new manicure; if your order isn't quite right, we offer returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, all returned beauty items must be in their original, sealed packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused products in their original Candy Claws box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
